 1. Uninstall any previous Norton product using Norton Removal Tools
2. Clean the remaing registry junk using CCleaner
3. Run NIS-TW-30-20-1-0-24-EN-US.exe and then restart your computer
4. Press F8 to go to Safe Mode (As Administrator)
5. Run NTR 2013
6. Press Convert (The computer will automatically restart)
7. You need to submit your email
8. Congratulations! You have SUBSCRIPTION STATUS: 180 Days Remaining
* you don’t have to uninstall your Norton and do everything over when your subscription expires, just repeat the steps 4, 5 and 6 a few days before your subscription runs out
